Packaging

We want to be as eco friendly as possible when creating and shipping our products so all our packing is either recycled or recyclable.

Materials

All our Earrings are made of either polymer clay or acrylic. As for backs we only use Surgical Steel posts for all those sensitive ears.

Care

Polymer Clay is a porous material and can scuff easily especially the light colours - we suggest not wearing your earrings with dark unwashed clothing and using a damp cloth to wipe in-between wears, if you find there are marks that don't come off you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe sparingly to remove the mark - however do not do this on earrings which have metallic leaf or hand painted detailing as alcohol will affect the varnish which protects the leaf and may even remove it.

Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your jewellery, keep them away from perfumes or harsh chemicals to preserve the vibrant colours! Over time polymer clay that is well worn and loved will get a natural patina and what we like to refer to as a lived in feel.

Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact me directly at breannajones519@gmail.com.

Where do we ship

We are located in NSW Australia but we do ship internationally if requested just shoot us an email.

Processing Times

Our processing time is 2-4 business days. Express shipping does not include a rush order if you need your order by a specific date please let us know and we will try our hardest to accommodate your request.

Tracking

 Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information (Australian customers only.) Elsie Lou and Co will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please call Australia Post on 1800 101 318.

If your parcel is returned to us as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is YOUR responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We are not held responsible for parcels that are not collected.
